Hanif Muchdatul Ayunda, known as hanif was born in Labuhan Haji on December 14, 1993. Hanif completed his bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Product Technology at Syiah Kuala University in 2016, and completed his master’s degree in Food Science at IPB University in 2019. Hanif has expertise in food science. Especially in food process engineering. In the last twelve years, hanif has learned a lot about various expertise in the food sector such as food microbiology, food chemistry, food biochemistry, and food processing. Currently, the author is a lecturer in the Nutrition Department and the Coordinator of the Business and Technology Incubator Development Center at Universitas Teuku Umar.
